Term & conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the services offered by Bali expert vacation ("we," "our," "us") in Bali, Indonesia, including but not limited to tour, travel, and car rental services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

A. Book and payment terms:

  • · The itenerery applied is ajusted to the flight schedule.

  • · Tourists can register online through our Customer Service.

  • · Tourists are advised to register at least D-14 before departure.

  • · please contact our Customer Service, to ensure the departure.

  • · The registration is open with a minimum of 2 person excepted car charter minimum 1 person.

  • · Tourists are welcome to make payments according to what is stated both nominally and the applicable time limit.

  • · Orders are invalid / not validated if the tourist has not made a payment.

  • · Children 3 yo or over are charged an adult fee and under 3 yo is free charged.

  • · The payment method can be chosen by tourists by means of 50% Down payment and the remaining 50% after arriving at Bali airport or full payment up front.

  • · Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total price, with the balance due at least 1 days before the service date.

  • · We accept payments via Bank Transfer, credit card, E-wallet or cash on.

  • · We only accept IDR, still possible use other currencies by automatically converted to Rupiah ( new policy from government law ).

  • · Payment details are attached in the email that is sent automatically.

  • · Cancellation / Delay / No-show of tourists, no refunds / returns in any form.

  • · For tourists who have made payments but are unable to participate, they are required to contact our Customer Service on D-5. The options we can provide are:

  • · Change of tourists on the date of departure.

  • · Reschedule / Change of departure schedule

  • · All programs are conditional and can change at any time due to any conditions.

  • · If there is a tourist destination that cannot be visited/done due to something that is not possible, it will be recommended to divert to the nearest route.

  • · Tourists are prohibited from doing things that could cause harm to other participants and the ongoing tourism activities.

  • · Tourists are prohibited from bringing sharp objects and illegaly drugs as well as pets.

  • · Tourists are not permitted to make unilateral decisions in any form without the approval of the travel organizer

  • · Tourists are obliged to look after their belongings, any loss, damage or losses are the responsibility of each tourist.

  • · We cannot be sued in any way for injuries or deaths of people due to illness, accidents or negligence from tourists or others.

  • · If things outside of the control occur that result in the trip to a destination not being able to run on the day of departure, such as force majeure or lack of minimum departure ( open trip )*, then the payment will be returned/refunded in full, apart from the transportation reservation fee. (Force Majeure: An event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out as it should.)

  • · By making a payment, either Down Payment or Full Payment, all tourists are declared to understand and understand all forms of rules that we have, and are free from all forms of demands in all respects.

B. Our pricing structure

  • Our pricing varies depending on the type of product and the specific requirements. For detailed pricing information, please reach out via the contact form, and I'll provide you with a personalized quote.

C. Service Scope.

  • · Tour and Travel Services: We provide guided tours, transportation, and travel itineraries within Bali as described in the service package.

  • · Car Rental: Car rentals include a vehicle with or without a driver, as specified. Fuel, parking fees, and tolls may be charged additionally, based on the rental agreement.

D. Client Responsibilities

  • Identification and Documentation: Clients must carry valid ID and necessary travel documents.

  • Behavior: Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, and other staff. Any misconduct may result in service termination without refund.

  • Property Care: Clients are responsible for maintaining the rental vehicle’s condition and will be charged for any damages caused during the rental period.

E. Liability and Disclaimer

  • We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, damage, or loss resulting from using our services unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any incidents or disruptions caused by third-party providers, such as hotels or independent tour operator.

F. Insurance

  • Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering personal accident, loss of belongings, and trip cancellation.

G. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other situations beyond our control.

H. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.

I. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be settled in the jurisdiction of the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
